Payment Methods

We accept credit and debit cards online via Paypal.  You do not have to have an existing paypal account to shop with us and pay by Paypal.

Paypal uses industry standard SSL encrypted servers - transactions with us via Paypal are as secure as can be and are also hassle free.  On checkout you will be transferred from our site to theirs and they will collect your payment on our behalf.

We accept personal cheques but please be aware that items will not be despatched until the cheque has cleared.

We do not accept cash under any circumstances.

We also do not accept orders sent to us via email, via hand-written letters etc.  All orders must be placed via the website.

Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with the item(s) you have ordered, please ensure that you return them unused within 14 days. You will be refunded or you can exchange them for another design.

Please return the goods, as they were dispatched to you, in the original packaging. It is recommended that you return the goods with proof of postage from the post office as Driftwood Beach will not accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit.

Driftwood Beach will only refund the cost of the goods and not the return postage - unless the item(s)is faulty.

Shipping

Items will be shipped as soon as possible, however as the jewellery is all handmade there may be an occasional delay. If an item is purchased and there is a delay the customer will be kept informed of the expected shipping date.

Privacy Policy

Driftwood Beach will not share your email address, telephone number, billing address or mailing address with anyone else.   However, to process your card payment your name, billing address and other contact details will be used by the online card merchant to verify your identify and to check the validity of your card.  This should be viewed as both necessary and advantageous.
